- Remove the first row of tiles
- Check all timber ends and replace the felt underneath
- Baton the house wall to provide a good anchorage for the soffits
- Fit grade A PVCu fascia boards with ventilation concealed behind the new guttering
And best of all, we also clear all old timber etc from your home - absolutely no mess.
